Abstract
Pentalogy of Cantrell is a rare congenital disorder, it was first described in 1958 by Cantrell J.R. The complete spectrum includes 5 anomalies: 1- Anterior diaphragm defect, 2-supraumbilical anterior mid-line defect, 3- diaphragmatic pericardium defect, 4- inferior sternum defect and 5- any intracardiac defect. We present an autopsy case of a 27 week old stillborn with complete Pentalogy of Cantrell.
