Abstract

Invasive intracystic papillary carcinoma is a rarely diagnosed neoplasm in the male mammary gland. The diagnosis is usually late and requires complete resection of the lesion. The case of a 91-year-old man with a three-year history of a mass in the right mammary gland is presented.
